After you zip line in, keep your eye out for the guards in the area. Sneak up behind them and grab the keycard on his belt loop.
After you have the blue keycard, you can open the guard watch room. Unfortunately, though, the fact that you have to get into the cargo yard to get the keycard kind of defeats the purpose of it here. Once you get the components, you have to rush and get them to the truck before escaping and finishing the level. There isn’t much point in grabbing the keycard and killing the camera guard to shut off the cameras. You’re better off just shooting the cameras or stealthily sneaking by them.
