Can you pet the cats in Assassin’s Creed Mirage? Any time a new game comes out, the question of whether or not you can pet the animals in it pops up. This is a sure as the sun sets in the west. Over the years, many games have been released that have animals that you can pet. Of course, for each game that releases where you can pet the animals, another releases where you can’t.

It isn’t the most common thing to be able to pet the animals in an Assassin’s Creed game. Ubisoft tends to shy away from those who love animals and keeps them either out of the games they make or doesn’t make them pettable. So can you pet the cats in Assassin’s Creed Mirage?

Can you pet the cats in AC Mirage?

For those who love cats, the answer is a resounding yes! You can definitely pet the cats in Assassin’s Creed Mirage. This should be a welcoming message for all of those who want to play with these furry companions.

Throughout Assassin’s Creed Mirage, you will find cats roaming around the streets of Baghdad. Each of these cats can be petted as much as you’d like. Each time you interact with one of them, you will get a short cutscene showing Basim playing with the cat you interacted with.

To interact with a cat, all you need to do is walk up to it and press the triangle button on PlayStation, the Y button on Xbox, or the E key on PC. This will allow you to pick up the cat and give it some well-deserved pets. After interacting with a but, you won’t be able to do so again for a short period of time so you can’t have back-to-back snuggle fests. If you could, we would be petting the cats all day. Luckily, there are so many in the city, you are bound to run into many of them.
