Do you want to collect some Sussur Blooms in Baldur’s Gate 3? This magical flower is perfect for disabling magic devices but it also affects you as well. Because of this, you don’t want to carry this flower with you all the time. However, for those who are exploring the Underdark, these blooms have a great use.

There are multiple Sussur Blooms that you can find throughout the game. When you don’t need them, store them away inside your chest at camp to avoid their potent anti-magic field. This guide will show you how to get and use Sussur Blooms in Baldur’s Gate 3.

Where to find Sussur Blooms in Baldur’s Gate 3

If you want to track down some Sussur Blooms, you will need to go to the Underdark. There are multiple locations you can enter the Underdark from but the closest to the Sussur Blooms is the passage from Auntie Ethel’s teahouse in the swamp.

Sussur Blooms can be found in different parts of the Underdark but are mostly found around the Sussur Tree. This is on the western side of the Underdark near where the Myconid Colony is located. Be careful, you will run into multiple Hook Horrors in this location, each with a high amount of health so stay on your guard.

How to use Sussur Blooms in Baldur’s Gate 3

Once you have obtained some Sussur Blooms, you can use them to block magic. Since they have an anti-magic field surrounding them, they block all types of magic. This is useful in combat if you need to deal with a magic user as the effect emanates from your character if you are holding a bloom.

The main use of Sussur Bloom is to disable the Arcane Turrets in the Arcane Tower in the Underdark. You can disable these turrets by placing a Sussur Bloom at the base of them. Be sure to take as many Sussur Blooms as you can carry for this purpose.
