A Cockamie Contest quest walkthrough in Disney Dreamlight Valley
A Cockamamie Contest is Oswald’s level seven friendship quest. Before you can start this quest, you will need to complete the An Alarming Development quest and raise his friendship to level seven. Once that is done, talk to Oswald and he will ask for you to make him some spicy food. Specifically, you will need to make some Tandoori Chicken.
How to make Tandoori Chicken for Oswald in Disney Dreamlight Valley
To make the Tandoori Chicken, you will need the following ingredients:
- Paprika
- Chili Peppers
- Cumin
- Poultry
You will also need to get Oswald five Chili Peppers. If you are like us, that means you will need to make your way to Dreamlight Valley and get them from the Sunlit Plateau. Once you have both items, go to Oswald’s house and give him the food. Oswald’s house will catch fire after this. Quick, take a picture of Oswald, and then put out the fires with your watering can. The next step of this quest is to complete the challenges of the other characters in Eternity Isle.
How to complete Rapunzel’s Challenge in Disney Dreamlight Valley
Start the quest by talking to Rapunzel. She will give you three recipes to follow. For her challenge, you must cook a Blueberry Pie, Barbequed Pretty Pink Starfish, and Ruby Masoor Dal. You will need the following ingredients for these:
- Blueberry Pie – Blueberries, Wheat, Butter
- Ruby Masoor Dal – Chili Peppers, Tomato, Ruby Lentils
- Barbequed Pretty Pink Starfish – Pretty Pink Starfish, Paprika
With all three meals complete, bring them to Oswald. He will give you a carrot covered in ink. Return to Rapunzel with these items. After a short conversation, the mini-quest will be complete.
How to complete EVE’s challenge in Disney Dreamlight Valley
Second on our list is EVE’s challenge. Talk to EVE to start this up. For her challenge, you will need to gather gemstones. You need Evergems, Bumblestones, and Spinel. You can find them in the following locations:
- Spinel – The Promenade and The Grove
- Evergem – The Ruins
- Bumblestone – The Borderlands
Once you have five of each gem, check in with Oswald. Oswald will hand you some coal. Show this and your gemstones to EVE. This will complete EVE’s challenge.
How to complete Gaston’s Challenge in Disney Dreamlight Valley
Gaston’s challenge is a bit easier. For this one, talk to Gaston and he will request that you destroy three copper rocks and three glass stalagmites. Provided you haven’t destroyed them all, you should be able to find these easily in the Glittering Dunes.
Talk to Oswald when this is done and you will see that he left some black cartoon holes around the Glittering Dunes. Go interact with these to erase them and then speak with Gaston to complete the challenge.
With all of the challenges completed, Oswald will want to race through Eternity Isle. Get some running shoes on because he is quick. The race has a total of eight checkpoints. Start in Ancients Landing, go to the Wild Tangle, and then end the race in the Glittering Dunes by running to the end of the Cave of Wonders. No matter how fast you go, Oswald will win and meet you in the cave. After a conversation, the quest will be completed.
