Revenant is one of the more interesting characters in Elden Ring Nightreign. Instead of relying on powerful attacks and weapons, she uses spirit summons to do her dirty work. You have three spirits to choose from, each with different strengths and weaknesses. When played correctly, Revenant can be one of the best characters in the game. Let’s break down how to unlock the Revenant in Elden Ring Nightreign so you can start your spiritual journey.
Unlocking Revenant in Elden Ring Nightreign
To unlock Revenant in Elden Ring Nightreign, you first need to unlock the Duchess. Once this is done, you will have a new item available in the Jar store called the Besmirched Frame. This will cost you 1,500 Murk.
With the frame in your inventory, go down the hallway next to the change character table and look left. You should see the Revenant in the corner next to two paintings. Interact with her and you will be teleported to a small section of Limveld.

Run up ahead to the ruins, and you will see the Revenant waiting for you. When you approach, she will summon all three of her spirits to aid her in the fight.
Fighting the Revenant in Elden Ring Nightreign
When fighting the Revenant, we recommend that you use a melee character and not any of the ranged characters. This is because the Revenant has a habit of dodging ranged attacks, making the fight more difficult.
For the summons, we recommend taking out the smallest of them first, as they are the easiest. Once this is done, take down the medium-sized summon and then go to the largest summon, which is the skeleton in the back.

While you fight the summons, the Revenant will attack you with incantations. Be sure to keep a good distance to avoid these incantations as you take down the summons. Once they are all dispatched, focus on the Revenant, and she should go down fairly easy.
Once she is defeated, the Revenant will become available as a playable character.
