There are plenty of side activities to keep you busy in Final Fantasy 16 but none are as time-consuming as hunting down Notorious Marks. Notorious Marks are powerful creatures that you must deal with if you want to get bonus experience and some Renown. The only problem is that the Hunt Board only gives you a generalized location for each creature.
If you want to find a Notorious Mark, you need to track it down the old-fashioned way — by searching for it. This is typically much easier said than done. In the case of Sekhret, a very tough Minotaur, you may spend quite some time searching only to not find him. This guide will show you where to find Sekhret in Final Fantasy 16.
Sekhret location in FF16
If you take a look at the Hunt Board in FF16, it states that Sekhret is located in Rosaria to the west of Rhiannon’s Ride. As usual, this is a very general area that you are expected to search. To start your search, fast travel to the Martha’s Rest Obelisk in Rosaria.

From Martha’s Rest, follow the bridge to the north like you are doing to Eastpool. Once you get across the bridge, continue north and then head west. You will end up finding Sekhret to the northwest of the bridge.
The fight against Sekhret is a pretty standard Minotaur fight but he hits much harder. Be careful not to get caught in any of Sekhret’s attacks or you will lose a lot of health quickly. There are plenty of other Notorious Marks in the game for you to find, with some of them being necessary to obtain high-powered weapons like Gotterdammerung.
Since Sekhret is only a B-rank monster, you shouldn’t have too much trouble taking him out. Keep on the lookout for other Notorious Marks as you progress through the game.
