Everyone loves a good emote in multiplayer games. Making your character do ridiculous animations in serious moments is a great way to lighten the mood. In a game that can make you jump out of your skin as easily as Lethal Company, having those moments with your friends is great. If you are looking to add a little more life to your employee before they meet an untimely end, here is how to emote in Lethal Company.
How to point and dance emote in Lethal Company
As of this writing, Lethal Company only has two emotes available: point and dance. To dance, you need to press 1 on your keyboard and press 2 to point. Pointing will have your character extend a finger directly in front of them as long as you hold it down.
You can use the point emote to direct people to things in front of you, like enemies, loot, and other important things you want them to see. As for the dance, there isn’t much use of it in a practical sense, as you might imagine. It is just there to be a goofy thing to do with your friends while you are scared.
How to get more emotes in Lethal Company
As noted above, point and dance are the only emotes in Lethal Company at this time. Of course, as the game is in early access, there is potential that more will be added in the future. As of this writing, there have been no announcements of that.
With that said, there are mods out there that allow you to add unofficial mods to Lethal Company. For example, the More Emotes mod on Thunderstore adds middle finger, clap, shy, and the griddy. Of course, as is the case with any other mod out there, the potential of messing something up in the game is there for anyone who installs this.
