There are plenty of high-level Pals in Palworld that you won’t be able to get your hands on for a while with Anubis being one of them. Because of this, you might be wondering how to get Anubis early. There is a way to get your hands on this Pal earlier in the game. Unfortunately, it requires a bit of hard work and a little dedication.
As you progress through the game, collect some important Pals like Mozzarina so you can get Milk. You might also want to get your hands on Beegarde so you can get some Honey. This guide will show you how to get Anubis early in Palworld. All it takes is a little breeding.
How to breed Anubis in Palworld – Get Anubis early
Before getting into the nitty-gritty, we suggest that you at least get to level 18 – 20 before attempting to breed Anubis. This is because you need to catch a couple of mid-level Pals to get your hands on the correct egg. To breed Anubis in Palworld, follow these steps:
- Reach level 18 – 20
- Catch Penking
- Catch Bushi
- Build a breeding pen
- Make a cake and place it in the breeding farm
- Place Bushi and Penking in the breeding farm
- Get an egg
- Place the egg in an incubator and get Anubis
Let’s break all of these steps down so you can get your hands on this Pal early in the game.
Getting Bushi and Penking
First, you will need to get Penking and Bushi. Penking can be found in a dungeon at around level 15 to the northwest of where you start your journey. It is near the Sealed Realm of the Frozen Wings fast travel point. Bushi can be found to the west of the starting area near the Sealed Realm of the Swordmaster fast travel point. Bushi is level 23. For these fights, we recommend having a grass-type Pal to deal with Penking and a water-type Pal to deal with Bushi.
How to make a cake in Palworld
Next up you need to bake a cake at your cooking pot. To do this, gather the following ingredients:
- 5x Flour
- 8x Red Berries
- 7x Milk
- 8x Eggs
- 2x Honey
To obtain these items, use Mozzarina to get the Milk, use Beegarde or Elizabee to get the Honey, defeat or catch Chikipi to get the eggs, and use your Mill to get the flour from wheat. You should already have berries at this point from your travels.
Get Anubis through Breeding
After you have completed the above steps, take both Pals and put them in a breeding farm. Place the cake in the chest attached to the breeding farm. Placing both in the breeding farm will produce a huge egg. Place this huge egg in your Egg Incubator and it should give you Anubis. You can also use other combinations of Pals such as Elizabee and Chillet.
