Tiana is yet another character you can unlock in Disney Dreamlight Valley and she brings her restaurant named Tiana’s Palace. If you want to continue your culinary adventure beyond Remy’s restaurant, you will want to make it a point to unlock Tiana. Of course, before she will join you in the valley, you will need to do some questing. Let’s break down how to unlock Tiana in Disney Dreamlight Valley.
How to unlock Tiana in Disney Dreamlight Valley
If you want to unlock Tiana, you will need to make your way down to the Glade of Trust. Once there, you will discover a Mysterious Cookbook somewhere around the area. For us, it was in the northern part of the region. Picking up the cookbook will start the quest called A Taste for Literature. Upon completing this quest, you will unlock Tiana.
How to complete the A Taste for Literature quest
After starting the A Taste for Literature quest in Disney Dreamlight Valley, make your way to Chez Remy and talk to Remy. He will try to read the cookbook but be unable to make out the recipes in it. After the conversation, a memory will appear. Pick it up and then talk to Remy about what you saw.
Remy will tell you to talk to the characters found in the memory. Go around the valley and talk to Moana, Mickey, and Merlin. Merlin will give you a special pepper for the recipe. Once you have chatted with all of them, you will need to cook the “mysterious Cajun recipe.” This recipe requires Shrimp, Onion, Rice, Milk, and the pepper that Merlin gave you. This will make Enchanted Shrimp Etouffée.
With the recipe made, share it with Moana, Mickey, Merlin, and Remy. Once this is done, Tiana will be welcomed to the valley. Talk to her to give the Enchanted Shrimp Etouffée to her. Afterward, you will be asked to place her home in the valley. With Tiana’s home built, bring her the Mysterious Cajun Recipe Book for safekeeping. That will complete the quest and Tiana will be available.
