The Legend of Zelda: Tears of the Kingdom is filled with strange and new devices for you to occupy your time. One of the game’s biggest mechanics is the ability to fuse objects together using the Ultrahand. This ability works best when combined with Zonai tech.
Zonai parts are scattered all across Hyrule but the main place you will get them is from Device Dispensers. These large gumball machine-looking objects are sprinkled all over Hyrule. This guide will show you how to use Device Dispensers in The Legend of Zelda: Tears of the Kingdom.
How Device Dispensers work in The Legend of Zelda: Tears of the Kingdom
The first Device Dispenser you will come across in the game is on the Great Sky Island. It is near the Korok which needs help getting reunited with its friend. In order to operate this large machine, you will need Zonai parts.
Zonai parts are obtained by finding and killing Zonai constructs. There are plenty of these ancient foes surrounding the Great Sky Island. Unless you have been ignoring them, you should have plenty of parts.
Access your inventory by pressing the + Button. Once in the menu, use the L and R Buttons to navigate to the materials menu. From there, locate your Zonai parts and place up to five of them in your hands. With the parts in your hands, place them in the bowl in front of the dispenser.
The parts will make the dispenser activate and you will get a random assortment of Zonai devices to use. Each pod that is dispensed will contain one device that will get added to your inventory.
