In Pikmin 4, you get to create your own character from the start. Through the character creator, you will make your own member of the Rescue Corps before setting out for the mysterious planet where Captain Olimar has crash landed.
What happens when you get tired of your appearance in Pikmin 4? Well, luckily, you can change it up. Unfortunately, you need to wait a little while before you can. This guide will show you how to change your appearance in Pikmin 4.
Pikmin 4 – How to change your appearance
Before you can change your appearance, you need to unlock the Blossoming Arcadia area. This is the second area in the game that becomes unlocked after you collect 3,000 Sparklium. Once there, you will need to locate the cave called Drafty Gallery.
The Drafty Gallery is located on the left side of the area. You will need to build a bridge from where the Dandori Battle is to reach it. Complete this cave to find a castaway named Puddle. Puddle is what is known as a universal stylist. Once he is brought back to the camp, you will be able to change your appearance at any time.
Puddle can be found to the left of where the Pikmin Onion lands back at the Rescue Command Post. Talk to him to get the option to change your appearance. You will have full access to the character creator using this method meaning you can change your character’s body type, hair, skin color, and face just like you did at the start of the game. You won’t, however, get any additional options.
