Hidden Treasure is scattered all over the Mushroom Kingdom and the lands beyond it. If you want to collect everything you can in Super Mario RPG, you need to locate each and every single one of the hidden treasures. There is one Bandit’s Way Hidden Treasure in Super Mario RPG. Where could it be?
You will go to Bandit’s Way shortly after you meet Mallow in the Mushroom Kingdom. During this time, you will be tasked with tracking down a purple dinosaur named Croco. Croco stole Mallow’s Green Frog Coin and he wants you to help him back. While you are there, you can track down some treasure. Here is the Super Mario RPG Bandit’s Way Hidden Treasure location.
Where to find the Bandit’s Way Hidden Treasure in Super Mario RPG
Bandit’s Way is the first area you will go to after reaching the Mushroom Kingdom. With Mallow in tow, you head to this area in hopes of beating Croco and getting back the Green Frog Coin. When you get here, you will see Croco running from you. Go through the first area and move on to the second locale.
When entering the second section of Bandit’s Way, you will see large stone platforms blocking your path. Use the pink flower to hop onto the first one. After that, use the holden platforms to bridge the gap to the second stone platform.
Jump down and you will see another pink flower. Jump onto this flower and press the jump button when Mario is facing the purple flower.
Just like in the image above, if you time the jump correctly, you will hit the Bandit’s Way Hidden Treasure chest when jumping in the direction of the purple flower. While you don’t need the Signet Ring in Super Mario RPG to find this treasure, it helps since it points out which section the treasure chest is in.
