The time has come for additional Stratagems in Helldivers 2 but players need to make a difficult choice; which one do they want more? That’s right, the new Helldivers 2 major order makes players choose which new Strategem they like more. To unlock either of them, they must take either Lesath or Menkent from the Automatons. Unfortunately, Helldivers only have three days to complete this new major order so time is of the essence.
The major order was announced via the Helldivers 2 X page with a short video showcasing what must be done to complete it. In the post, it explains that players will either unlock the MD-17 Anti-Tank Mines or the RL-77 Airburst Rocket Launcher. Despite Menkent being more liberated than Lesath, players seem more interested in joining the fight on Penta for the Airburst Rocket Launcher as Lesath currently has more than triple the Helldivers liberating it compared to Menkent.
Multiple users commented on the major order post saying that they plan on taking Lesath and working their way to Penta. Currently, Lesath is nearly 20% liberated with almost 30,000 Helldivers joining the fight while Menkent is almost 40% liberated with only 7,500 Helldivers present on it.
Players have been asking for new weapons for a while with the community managers teasing possible additions coming soon. Other additions that have been asked for are a shooting range and a change to the auto-vault system. This has been the first new addition to the game for a while and players are excited to get their hands on either of these new Stratagems. Now if only we could get some melee weapons, then we would be set, but that may come at a later date still as it has been teased for some time. So which planet do you wish to liberate?
