How to catch Scavenger Droids in Star Wars Jedi: Survivor
Scavenger Droids are fairly easy to spot and will start appearing once you reach Koboh, which you will travel to immediately after completing the Coruscant level of the game. These small droids can often be heard digging and searching around various areas of the different planets and stand out thanks to their red and white coloring.
Once a Scavenger Droid spots you, it will begin to run away. The best way to approach these droids is by walking as close as you can from an angle that it is not facing. This will allow you to sneak up on it. You can also use tactics like attacking it from above. Luckily, a single hit is all it takes to destroy a Scavenger Droid.
You may be tempted to just blindly chase after the droid or use the Force. This will often cause you to miss the droid since they aren’t affected by your Force powers. Instead, try to get as close as possible before sprinting at it to help you get closer and bridge the gap. Each time you destroy a Scavenger Droid, you will be rewarded with a Priorite Shard that you can spend at Doma’s shop.
