For every hero attempting to rise, there has to be a fall. For Sargon in Prince of Persia: The Lost Crown, that comes a little literally after he is thrown into The Depths of the Citadel. Down in this sewer area, you are told to chase down an old man who stole your map, but you might have hit a spot that seems really difficult to pass. Here is how to get past the rising sludge in The Depths of Prince of Persia: The Lost Crown.

How to get through the rising sludge in the sewers of Prince of Persia: The Lost Crown

To get through the rising sludge in The Depths of Prince of Persia: The Lost Crown, you will need to use some temporary platforms that are created from the sludge itself. At first glance, these might not pop out to you as safe to walk on; at least, they didn’t for us, but you have a moment or two that you can walk on them before they sink.

From the starting point in the middle of the room, jump and dash through the turning spikes on the left. If you time it right, you can make it without one of the sludge platforms. When you get to the wall, hang on the top bar for a bit. When the sludge hits a certain point, two new platforms will appear near the middle area that you can jump and dash to.

Be quick in this area, as the sludge will start getting to be around your feet. Jump and dash to the wall on the right and go up to the next level. Swing on the pole and use the sludge platform that appears on the far left. Use the wall to then get to the top level and interact with the level to get past this platforming section.
