For some people, installing mods for games is an exciting but daunting experience. On the one hand, we love being able to change up our games and make new experiences from them. On the other, if you don’t know what you’re doing, you could really mess things up. That is why it is recommended to find a good mod manager. Here is how to use r2modman for Lethal Company.

How to install r2modman for Lethal Company

Installing r2modman so you can use Lethal Company mods is easy. First, go to the r2modman page on Thunderstore and click Manual Download. A Zip folder will be downloaded. Right-click that folder and select Extract all… When the folder is done extracting all the content, open the new folder and start the r2modman Setup application. Follow the steps to finish the installation.

How to get Lethal Company mods from r2modman

After r2modman is installed, open the application and search for Lethal Company. Be sure to star it so it appears at the top of your list from now on. Press Select Game, and the Thunderstore mods will load directly into the application. When it’s done loading, you will need to create a game profile. Press Create New and name the profile Lethal Company.

After you select your profile, you will be shown a page that says you don’t have any mods installed. Select Online to be shown all of the Thunderstore mods for Lethal Company. BepInExPack should be pinned to the top, and we highly recommend installing that as it allows many mods to work on your PC. We also recommend using the sort feature by Most Downloaded to find the most popular mods like MoreCompany and Skinwalkers easily.

After you find the mods you want, select Download. After a bit, they will appear in the Installed folder. When they are there, select the mod and then Associated to see if it requires the use of any other mod to function properly.

If you ever want to turn them off, switch them to Disabled, and you can turn them back on later. When you have everything ready to go, select Start Modded in the top left of the screen and r2modman will start up Lethal Company with the mods enabled. It might take a little bit, so give it time to get everything loaded.
