The Disney Dreamlight Valley devs have been on top of its game when it comes to updates for Disney Dreamlight Valley. With four updates already having been brought to the game and a fifth one on the way, the devs have officially unveiled the roadmap for the second half of the year. There is more information about the next update that is releasing soon, including what we can all expect to see going forward.
New characters, more stories, additional realms, and even more tools are going to be coming throughout the rest of the year. Let’s break down everything that was said in the latest reveal.
The latest tweet from the official Disney Dreamlight Valley Twitter page has unveiled more information about update 5. This update is set to release in the early weeks of June and will include the Fairy Godmother. On top of that, there will be additional story missions coming that will unveil the secret of the Forgetting.
Next up is the Summer Update which will officially include Princess Vanellope from Wreck-It Ralph. This update also promises a new feature that will allow you to “flex your creativity” as well as a way to win in-game prizes.
Moving on to September, the developers will be celebrating the one-year anniversary of the game. This update promises a new realm where players will finally be able to interact with Belle. She has only been advertised for the game for over eight months so it is nice to see she will finally make it to the valley.
Finally, in late 2023, more story quests, new characters, new frontiers, and a new magic tool will all be coming. There is also the promise of multiplayer but take that with a grain of salt. Multiplayer was promised with update 5 and that clearly isn’t happening.
Along with all of these updates, there will be two more star paths happening in the summer and fall. The first of them will celebrate all things Pixar while the second star path will bring back Halloween. Get ready, there is plenty to look forward to for the second half of the year!
