The Elder Scrolls IV: Oblivion is one of the most renowned games ever. Fans have been asking for an Oblivion for a long time and one has supposedly been in the works. While there has been no official announcement from Bethesda about the remake, rumors, and leaks have stated that one has been being developed for a long time. Now, a popular leaker has stated that the Elder Scrolls Oblivion Remake will be released next week. There are supposedly pictures from the remake that have been leaked as well. As always, take this with a grain of salt until an actual release date is revealed or the game is shadow-dropped like many say it will be.
Popular insider states Elder Scrolls Oblivion Remake is coming
Jeff Grubb, journalist and insider from Giant Bomb, stated during the Giant Bomb podcast that the Elder Scrolls Oblivion remake will be released during the week of April 21. During the podcast, Grubb stated, “Update on Oblivion and the shadow drop last week.” Shortly after he said, “I’ll give people a week now. The week of April 21. So basically the last week of this month.” He then said that he had received “separate confirmation that’s going to be the case.”
If Jeff Grubb is correct, fans will finally be getting their hands on the Elder Scrolls Oblivion remake soon. Along with this, some leaker shave shared images from the remake along with the cover art.

The images posted to Imgur show screenshots from the remake that show some major graphical enhancements to iconic locations as well as some side-by-side comparison images to the original. We admit, the remake looks amazing but aren’t 100% convinced that it will be show-dropped during the week of April 21. Keep your eyes peeled, however, because this could change if the reports turn out to be correct.
