Season 2 for Marvel Rivals has officially been announced and we know that Emma Frost and Ultron are finally being added to the game. This new season will be called the Hellfire Gala and it looks like Ultron will be trying to take over Krakoa. While the main focus is on the next season, one major change has been leaked for all seasons following the Hellfire Gala. This change to Marvel Rivals will increase the number of heroes we have access to and decrease the amount of time players need to wait for new seasons.
One season 2 of Marvel Rivals is over, summer will be rolling in. This means that there are a bunch of Marvel Rivals skins that players could potentially get. These skins might just make searches for Invisible Woman skyrocket again.
Heroes will be added at a faster pace thanks to this change in Marvel Rivals
Popular Marvel Rivals leaker X0X_LEAK on X has consistently been revealing more information about future updates. Before Emma Frost was announced, this leaker was posting images of her. Now that she has been fully revealed, the leaker has more information that will change Marvel Rivals for the better.
Early in the afternoon, X0X_LEAK posted about content coming after season 2 ends. They stated, “Starting with season 3: Every season will be reduced to only two months now!” What exactly does this mean for Marvel Rivals? Well, according to the leaker, it means a “new hero every month.”
A while back, the Marvel Rivals devs stated that they would be sticking to a schedule of adding a new hero to the game every six weeks. Originally, this meant that we would be seeing eight new heroes each year. Thanks to this change, however, we can expect to see upwards of 12 new heroes get added to Marvel Rivals each year. That is a major difference and one that should not be ignored.
