The gun is one of our favorite parts of Stellar Blade. Not only does it come with multiple ammo types but it can be fired fast and is very reliable when dealing with distant foes. A quick switch to the rocket pods gives you something that you can use against a large group of foes and the laser rounds are amazing for chipping away health quickly. Fans have found a way to get even more out of the weapon by enhancing the amount of ammo you have without needing to have the exospine equipped.
The trick to this glitch is the Eagle Eye Exospine attachment. User quadratusMinerva posted on Reddit to let everyone know how it works. They said that you simply need to “equip your Eagle Eye type Exospine.” Having this equipped will allow you to have increased ammo from 30 to 45 rounds for the slugs and more for other ammo types as well. With this equipped, go to a store and purchase the maximum amount of ammo that you can and then simply change exospines back to whichever one you were using before.
Despite having a different exospine equipped, you will be able to keep the ammo that you purchased, giving you increased ammo until you expend it. We tested this trick out and it does allow you to carry a bit more ammo for a short while and is useful if you are going into a boss fight or an area with a lot of enemies. Keep this trick in mind the next time you are out adventuring in the wasteland or the grand dessert as it may just save your life when you come face-to-face with a large number of Naytiba.
