Here is your spoiler alert warning, as people have gotten their hands on Pokémon Legends: Z-A early and are posting mega evolutions online, alongside some other small details. Many creatures from the series’ long-running past are receiving the mega evolution treatment, including some staples and others that are less expected.

What Mega Evolutions are Being Leaked in Pokémon Legends: Z-A?

Here is a list of the new mega evolutions that have been circulating online. If you want to see images of the creatures themselves, you can go to the PokeLeaks subreddit.

  • Scolipede

In addition to the Pokémon above, Kaphotics on X is claiming that they datamined info that Heatran, Zeraora, and Darkrai have mega stones associated with them, indicating that they may also get mega evolutions, though they noted it’s not guaranteed this is at launch. They could potentially be associated with the upcoming Mega Dimension DLC for Pokémon Legends: Z-A, online battles like the Kalos starters being exclusive to online ranked battles, or other special in-game events that may be timed exclusives.

With people playing the game in the wild now, we also know that, to no one’s surprise really, shiny Pokémon are handled the same way they were in Pokémon Legends: Arceus. When they spawn in the world, you will hear a sound, and they have a different icon to separate them from the normies.

With the Pokémon Legends: Z-A release date being just a handful of days away, expect a lot more information about the game to be posted. Things like more mega evolutions, special battles, and maybe some story elements can start making their way around social media at any time.

If you are spoiler-adverse, we highly recommend muting the words Pokémon and Legends until the game is out to avoid getting hit with unwarranted info.
