There is no denying that Stellar Blade has been at the forefront of popularity over the past few weeks. Since the demo went live, many have been talking about the game, speculating what the story will be, and going gaga over the main protagonist EVE. For some fans, the wait to play Stellar Blade is officially over and we are not talking about those who are reviewing the title. Instead, we are talking about those who have been able to get their hands on the game early via stores. This is your warning, the internet will be spoiler central over the next few days.
Multiple users have taken to Reddit to talk about how they received the game early. For instance, Reddit user Hawkeye9966 posted saying, “Guess who got the game early!!” Many commented on the post telling the user that they were lucky and asking how they were able to get their hands on the game two days early. Hawkeye responded by saying, “I randomly went in today to pay off my pre-order and the Rep said hey we got the game in today. Do you want to take it now? I’m like sure.”
One user responded by saying, “I used to work at GameStop and he’s definitely going to get in trouble for that.” We are sure the employee could be reprimanded but Hawkeye isn’t the only one to get the game early. Many others responded with posts of jealousy and hope that they would receive the game early as well.
Another user posted, “Copies are out here in local NYC game stores. Got my copy as well today. Call in and check up before heading out to pick one up.” They continued to say “I got my copy from a store called PopNGames located in Whitestone.” More have stated that they have received the game early across other platforms so be cautious about what social media sites you look at as spoilers could be plenty over the next few days.
