The Hyrule Compendium is useful for learning more about various aspects of The Legend of Zelda: Tears of the Kingdom. Enemies, materials, and more important information is stored here for you to look back on. With that said, is there a situation where you might forget to get a picture and never be able to complete the compendium fully? Are there any missable photos in Tears of the Kingdom?

Can you miss pictures in Tears of the Kingdom?

The Legend of Zelda: Tears of the Kingdom has no completely missable photos. Even boss fights that you would expect to see only once can be found again. For example, all four bosses in the temples will spawn at specific points in the Depths after you defeat them. Each boss has four spots where they can be found. If you didn’t get a picture of them the first time, just find their location in the dark. Even if you defeat them again, they will respawn after a Blood Moon passes.

You can even get pictures of Ganondorf after you defeat him the first time. Because the game sets you back just before the boss fight after you defeat him, you can just jump back into his arena and take a photo. It will carry over after you roll the credits. Be sure to get one of all three forms you fight him in.

If you have a bunch of extra Rupees, you can also buy compendium entries you are missing. Examine Robbie’s odd device at the Hateno Ancient Tech Lab, and you can buy compendium entries. You don’t get to choose specifically what you get, though. Robbie will randomly choose an entry you don’t have yet from your chosen section.
