If you have noticed the welcome message in Nightreign, it tells you that Everdark Sovereign Gaping Jaw will be in the game from June 19, 2025, to June 26, 2025. On June 26 at 9PM ET, this mighty foe will be removed from the game. From the time of writing, you have about two days remaining before this boss is gone for an undetermined amount of time.
Everdark Sovereign Darkdrift Knight Announced for Elden Ring Nightreign
Announced on the official Elden Ring X page, Everdark Sovereign Darkdrift Knight will be added to Elden Ring Nightreign on June 26, 2025, at 9PM ET. This is the same time that Everdark Sovereign Gaping Jaw will be removed from the game.
There are plenty of players who struggle when fighting the Darkdrift Knight in Nightreign, so the enhanced version of this boss is sure to give everyone a tough time. Remember, Darkdrift Knight will begin the battle in its second phase, and there is no telling what new moves this boss will have until it makes its appearance, so be prepared.
From Software has not announced how long the new Everdark Sovereign will be in the game, but if it is anything like Gaping Jaw, we can expect it to be in the game for about a week. After that, we can expect the next enhanced boss to make its appearance. Perhaps it will be the Sentient Pest.
