Activating Skyview Towers in The Legend of Zelda: Tears of the Kingdom will allow you to open up the map, but can do so much more. Not only are these great ways to access sky islands, but you reveal sections of the map you haven’t seen before. At the Sahasra Slope Skyview Tower, you will talk to a Rito named Billson, who is trying to fix the terminal. He says he could use some mushrooms from down the hill to strengthen himself. After some looking around, you may be confused at the lack of mushrooms and his having no interest in what you try to give him. Can you actually find Billson Mushrooms in Tears of the Kingdom?

How to get Billson Mushrooms at the Sahasra Slope Skyview Tower in Tears of the Kingdom

To get it out of the way immediately, the goal for you in opening Sahara Slope Skyview Tower isn’t to grab Mushrooms for Billson. Instead, what he is saying is supposed to hint that you need to go into the cave below the tower and use Ascend to jump into it.

After talking to Billson, you should go to one of the sides of the hill that you are on. There are separate cave entrances to the north and south that you can enter. Inside the cave, you will find some Traveler’s Claymores that you should fuse with rocks to break the cracked walls in front of you.

If you go far enough in, you will eventually find three Horriblins. Decide to fight or not; it doesn’t matter. This is not the room you need to be in. Return to the tunnel; you should see more cracked rocks to break. There is a smaller room towards the center with three stones sitting by each other.

Use Ascend in this room to jump up into the Skyview Tower. Look to the sides of the door, and there are two sticks in the way that are propping it closed. Pick them up or move them to open the door and let Billson fix the tower for you.
