No, you can not respec your skills in Spider-Man 2. Once you make a selection in any of the three skill trees as you level up and progress through the story, your decision is final. With that in mind, you will want to make sure you are committed to whatever decisions you make.
While there is no respec feature in the game, you can do a workaround to make sure you like your choice. While the game primarily utilizes its autosave, you can create a manual save before you purchase a skill. Once you do that, make your choice, and if you happen to change your mind, you can just reload that manual save. Of course, this isn’t a perfect workaround, as you cannot start from the beginning of the skill tree, but it allows you to test things before committing to it.
While you can’t technically respec, you will be able to unlock every skill in the game. There is no reason to feel like you will miss out on something just because you first went to a different one. You can get everything in the game if you continue to play and earn more skill points. While it may be disappointing to some that Spider-Man 2 has no respec system, we think the game makes up for it and more in many other ways.
