Pikmin 4 is the next game in the series and Nintendo has been sharing information about it left and right. During the Nintendo Direct in June, Nintendo showcased a large amount of the Pikmin 4 gameplay. Your mission is to repair your ship and rescue as many castaways on the planet as you can find.
You are a member of the Rescue Corp. The Pikmin will help you explore the planet along with the rescue pup Oatchi. As you complete your mission, you will find various artifacts and explore many biomes. Of course, before you purchase the game, it helps to get a taste of what it is like. Will Pikmin 4 have a demo?
Yes! There is a Pikmin 4 demo and it will release on June 28, 2023. Those who are interested in downloading the demo can do so when it goes live on June 28. Nintendo has not stated how long the demo will be or what portions of the game it will cover. Odds are, the demo will cover a portion of the game’s introduction, allowing you to get a feel for the gameplay as well as the new mechanics.
Nintendo has revealed many of the game’s biomes with various indoor areas showing up such as a living room and a kitchen. There are also tons of outdoor locations as well as underground dungeons filled with strange contraptions and wildlife.
Another new feature for the Pikmin series is the introduction of night expeditions. With the addition of Glow Pikmin, you can now explore the nighttime environment and challenge creatures that have been whipped up into a frenzy.
