Do you remember the famous scene in Alice in Wonderland where they paint the flowers red? Soon after, the card guards come running out splashing red paint everywhere. It appears that the card guards have made their way out of the queen’s garden in Wonderland and stormed Dreamlight Valley. Since the recent update, players have noticed that all the Passion Lilies in the Frosted Heights biome have turned red. Users on Reddit have started blaming the guards for painting their beloved Passion Lilies.
Posted yesterday, a Reddit user suggested the change of scenery is due to the card guards. Of course, this is a funny way of playing off the glitch that has been affecting players since the update. Since the Pride of the Valley update, all of the Passion Lilies in the Frosted Heights have appeared red. Currently, there is no fix for the glitch, but not to worry; this glitch is purely visual and only affects how the flowers look. Once they have been picked up, they will appear in your inventory like normal and you will be able to see your haul of flowers.
If this wasn’t a glitch, it certainly would be a great way to hint at Alice making an appearance in the valley. After all, many have speculated who the next characters joining the game will be with guesses from Belle to Merida. We are hoping that Alice makes an appearance soon and brings the Mad Hatter with her. After all, there have been multiple players who have made Alice in Wonderland-themed gardens. What better way to celebrate their hard work than with an old-fashioned Wonderland tea party?
