More leaks have been coming out for Helldivers 2, but this time, they aren’t focused on weapons or an upcoming Warbond. Instead, the latest leak is focused on a special event that may or may not appear in the game in the near future. The event in question is called the Klen Dahth II Special Event, and it comes from popular leaker IronS1ghts. We may be getting a second rendition of the Meridia Black Hole event. Could this be how the Illuminate are introduced? Let’s break down the latest Helldivers 2 special event leak.
Lately, IronS1ghts has been sharing various leaks with one of the biggest being a large number of unreleased objectives that we could get in the future. Another popular leak was for city assets that showcase an urban environment. Both leaks garnered a lot of attention from Helldivers 2 fans but not as much as the Illuminate leak from earlier in the month and the update on Steam.
In IronS1ghts’ latest post on their X page, the leaker showcased images from the “Klen Dahth II Special Event.” The images show the planet in a blue hue, with a larger Saturn-like planet overshadowing it. The blue hue immediately makes many think of the Illuminate, especially thanks to the recent Illuminate leaks.
IronS1ghts stated the following information about the leak:
- “There is some sort of event tied to this planet that will result in a biome change.”
- “During this event, a large blue-ringed planet appears, illuminating the surface of the planet.”
- “This event is set up similarly to how the Meridia Black Hole was.”
So the blue planet in the images will appear, causing the environment on Klen Dahth II to change. Currently, this planet is a hot desert planet but the images in the post make it feel more icy as though the planet that spawns will cool Klen Dahth II down a great degree. It could possibly change the gravity of the planet as well.
