One of the most sought-after armors in Helldivers 2 is the TR-7 Ambassador of the Brand. This armor set was an exclusive one that you could only get for a limited time. Because of this, those who have the armor have been getting targeted by their squad mates. Specifically, a post went around on X saying that those in the armor would be “shot on sight.” This action has officially reached high command who decided to make a statement about telling everyone to stop with this undemocratic behavior and leave those with pre-order armor alone.

In a post on the Helldivers 2 X page, the devs wrote, “It has come to the attention of Super Earth High Command that official SUMY Corporation Frozen Yoghurt salesmen have been deliberately targeted while on the battlefield. This man is your friend!”

The original post went live earlier on April 22 with one user commenting, “Collect blue helmet challenge.” Many others saluted the post and have followed suit in the collection of blue helmets. As High Command responded to the attack on our troops, many responded with the hope that the devs would once again add the armor into the game.

The TR-7 Ambassador of the Brand armor was originally a pre-order bonus for those who bought the game early. The other two pre-order armor sets are the TR-9 Cavalier of Democracy and the TR-62 Knight. While all three were pre-order bonuses, only the TR-7 has become highly sought after since its launch. In response to the request from High Command, one user responded, “Thanks for rubbing in the fact this pre-order armor exists and I will never get it because Helldivers 2 was not on my radar before launch.” Another commented, “I wish we could still get this armor. Blue is my favorite color.” On the other hand, some have responded stating they will continue on with the slaughter of those in blue helmets.
