Elden Ring Nightreign is high on the priority list for many players. With the game being released at the end of May, we don’t have much time left before we are diving into the land of Limveld. From Software has steadily been revealing more information about the game, such as additional classes. Thanks to the latest trailer, we now know more about each of the game’s characters. We also now know that Elden Ring Nightreign will feature cosmetic choices, an in-game shop, and much more.
Elden Ring Nightreign cosmetics
From Software dropped a gameplay overview trailer for Elden Ring Nightreign, and it reveals a lot more about the game than we previously knew. One of the big reveals is that we will be getting cosmetics. Players will be able to purchase these cosmetics using an in-game currency known as Murk. This currency can be traded to a jar merchant in Roundtable Hold.
In the trailer, each of the classes sported a Dawn skin and a Darkness skin, so we believe those will be standard in the game, with more becoming unlockable as you progress. From Software also revealed some skins that will look familiar to those who have played previous games from the developer. Guardian was seen sporting a Solaire skin, and Wylder was seen wearing the Faraam Knight armor set.
From Software reveals Elden Ring Nightreign story

While the addition of cosmetic choices in Elden Ring Nightreign is nice, many have been wondering if there is a story to go along with all the gameplay. From Software has confirmed that Elden Ring Nightreign will feature elements of a story but will not have a dedicated single-player mode. Instead, you will be able to recover fragments of lost memory that will allow you to learn about each of the Nightfarers.
Collecting the fragments will unlock new objectives, and completing the objectives will allow you to learn about the Nightfarers’ pasts and their purposes. Leave it up to From Software to keep the story cryptic and make you work for it.
