The Fallout TV show has been a smash hit and Bethesda is rolling out tons of bonuses for those joining the Fallout 76 community. Recently, the developer showcased the Vault 33 Survival Kit – an exclusive kit that you can get for a limited time. This bonus goes along with others that Bethesda has announced recently in the wake of the show’s premiere.
The survival kit includes three lunchboxes, three repair kits, three supply packages, three scout’s banners, three carry-weight boosters, three perk card packs, and the Vault 33 Backpack. You can easily claim this kit if you know what you are doing.
How to get the Vault 33 Survival Kit and Vault 33 Backpack
Bethesda made the announcement about the survival kit and the backpack on April 11, 2024. To claim these items, you simply need to be an Xbox Game Pass Ultimate member. Those who are members can claim this reward between April 11 and June 16 so you should have plenty of time in case you can’t play right away. You will also get three S.C.O.R.E boosters that will help you rank up in the latest season.
Don’t worry, there is an alternate way to get the backpack if you are on other consoles or systems. Between April 12 and April 26, subscribe to any Fallout 76, streamer’s channel and you will get this backpack free of charge. There is a catch, however. The streamer that you subscribe to needs to be playing Fallout 76 at the time you subscribe or it won’t count. Make sure you are paying attention to when your favorite streamer is exploring Appalachia and you can get Lucy’s backpack. Check out the streamer list to see who is playing the game so you can get caught up. If you are new to the game, there are plenty of choices ahead with the first being if you should start the game at level 2 or level 20.
