There are several ways to get around Genshin Impact, and one of the tools you will use the most during your travels is a Wind Glider. You’ll obtain your first Glider after you have completed The Outlander Who Caught the Wind quest in Genshin Impact. However, as you travel Teyvat, you’ll realize there are many more Wind Gliders available to obtain. Additionally, through various events, HoYoverse has also made special Gliders up for grabs, but only during these events. With that said, follow this guide to learn all the Genshin Impact Wind Gliders.

You can obtain eight Wind Gliders in Genshin Impact. A Wind Glider is an essential tool for all players that allows them to glide mid-air to various locations. However, similar to sprinting, gliding will consume stamina; be sure to stay near the ground if your stamina is low when gliding or you will risk fall damage. In the section below, we’ll explain all the types of Wind Gliders in Genshin Impact and how to get them.

  • Wings of First Flight – A default glider given by Amber.
  • Wings of Companionship – You can find it in your mail as it was part of the official launch.
  • Wings of Azure Wind – Reach Reputation Level 8 in Mondstadt.
  • Wings of Golden Flight – Reach Reputation level 8 in Liyue.
  • Wings of Concealing Snow – Reach Level 12 with the Frostbearing Tree.
  • Wings of the Stormstrider – Reach Reputation Level 10 in Inazuma.
  • Wings of the Forest – Reach Reputation Level 10 in Sumeru.
  • Wings of Merciful, Wrathful Waters – Reach max-level Reputation in Fontaine.

Other Wind Gliders in Genshin Impact

These Wind Gliders could only be obtained through events or special rewards.

  • Wings of Descension – A reward for PlayStation 4 and PlayStation 5 players.
  • Wings of Feasting – Obtained in a Twitch event through a redemption code.
  • Wings of Shimmering Galaxy – Obtained through mail-in during the Genshin Impact concert on Day 1.
  • Wings of the Starlit Feast – Obtained during the Genshin Impact x Prime Gaming event.

How to change Wind Gliders in Genshin Impact

To change your Wind Glider in Genshin Impact, first go to the Character Menu. Once in the Character Menu, you can select the Dressing Room, which is located at the bottom of the screen. This is where you can change your character’s Wind Glider and, if cosmetic items are available, change your character’s outfit.
