Disney Dreamlight Valley – Breaking the Code quest guide
Breaking the Code is Belle’s level four friendship quest. Before you can complete this quest, you must complete her previous quests. Once she reaches level four, this quest will become unlocked if the prerequisites are met.
Talk to Belle to begin the quest and she will task you with finding Maurice’s Design Pages in the Beauty and the Beast realm. Head into Dream Castle and access the realm. The design pages can be found in the following areas:
- In the back left corner of the library
- Next to the globe in Beast’s room
- At the base of the tree near the rose garden
Return the pages to Belle and you will be tasked with collecting parts to build a Translation Machine. You will need the following items:
- 30 Softwood
- 4 Tinkering Parts
- 20 Glass
- 1 Motherboard
Talking to Wall-E will get you the Motherboard that is needed. Once you have all of the items, craft the Translation Machine and give it to Belle. After a brief conversation, the quest will be over and you can move on to the next one.
