There are a lot of events in Fallout 76. Thanks to the map expansion into Virginia, you can undertake challenges such as the Dangerous Pastimes even in Fallout 76. Dangerous Pastimes requires you to go up against a different type of foe called The Lost. These enemies are electrically charged Ghouls that come from Vault 63. Not only are they numerous during this event, but they also hit hard thanks to their powerful weapons. You should get plenty of Handmades during this event. How to complete the Dangerous Pastimes event in Fallout 76
Dangerous Pastimes is a relatively easy event with a couple of objectives. Provided you are strong enough to handle the new enemies, you shouldn’t have any difficulties completing it. When this event goes live, head to Thunder Mountain Substation TM-03. This area is located in the northern part of the map expansion at the far southern end of the map.
Once you are in the area, speak to the settlers via the intercom. They will give you directions to complete the event. The event objectives can be broken down like so:
- Collect the Lightning Harvester Parts
- Bring the parts to the middle of the harvester
- Charge the Lightning Harvester by killing the Lost
The Lost will appear throughout the completion of the event. They will hit hard so make sure you are well-armored and bring Power Armor if you need it. After you collect the parts, you will need to continuously kill The Lost to charge the Lightning Harvester.
With the Lightning Harvester charged, you will need to take down a boss enemy which is a Legendary Hermit Crab called Thunder Crab. With this enemy defeated, the event will be complete and you will get your rewards.
