Mike Wazowski is having a hard time adjusting to life in the valley. It seems that his hypochondriac ways have set in and he thinks germs are everywhere. You need to help him out in this Germs Abound quest guide. Show Mike that the valley is a safe place to live that isn’t full of nasty germs.
Now that the Laugh Floor update is available, you can officially unlock Mike and Sulley and bring them to the valley. This also means you have plenty more quests to complete. Here is your Germs Abound quest guide for Disney Dreamlight Valley.
Disney Dreamlight Valley – Germs Abound quest walkthrough
Germs Abound is Mike’s second friendship quest. Before you can complete this quest, you must raise his friendship level to level 2 and complete the Eye on the Prize quest. After this is done, talk to Mike and you will start the Germs Abound quest in Disney Dreamlight Valley. Your first task will be to order a pair of Safety Goggles from Scrooge’s Shop. Once the item comes in, put them on and show Mike.
Collect questionable ingredients from villager houses
After showing the goggles to Mike, you will be tasked with collecting some strange ingredients from different homes around the valley. These include the following:
- Suspicious Fridge Gunk from Mickey’s refrigerator
- Desiccated Fishing Bait from Goofy’s side table
- Ancient Crumbs from the bag on Merlin’s table
Bring these ingredients to Mike. Mike will give you the Monstrous De-Pollinator Solution. Use this item from your inventory to upgrade your watering can. With your watering can upgraded, water 10 flowers around the valley and then return to Mike. Give Mike these 10 flowers. He will sneeze and lose his contact lens. Go to Dazzle Beach to find it.
The Contact Lens will be buried in the sand next to the dock on Dazzle Beach. There are four piles of fluid that you can clean up as well using your watering can but this is optional. Once you get the lens, bring it back to Mike. Your next task will be to gather some ingredients. Find the following ingredients:
- 15x Fabric
- 23x Rope
- 25x Softwood
Use these items to make a Rozian Face Mask.
Put on the Face Mask and a red top to complete the outfit. Now talk to Mike to begin his therapy session. After the therapy session, Mike will reward you with some snotty tissues and the quest will be complete.
