If you want to solve all of the puzzles in the Sunken Ruins in Disney Dreamlight Valley, you will need Gaston’s help. Unfortunately for you, Gaston refuses to help unless you make him a hearty breakfast. For this, you will need plenty of golden items so you can make a golden omelet. Hero Pose quest guide in Disney Dreamlight Valley
You will unlock the Hero Pose quest after you complete the Sunken Ruins quest for Merlin. Once this is done, speak to Gaston to start the quest. He will request that you make him a Golden Omelet and give you the recipe book for the meal. Inspect the recipe book to learn the ingredients. You will now need to make your way to the Cave of Wonders in the back of Eternity Isle.
You can find the golden items needed for the recipe in the following locations:
- Golden Eggs: Dig up the gold near the entrance
- Gemstone Cheese: Dig up the gold pile in the right chamber where the pedestal is
- Aged Venison: Dig up the gold pile to the left of the door in the first room where the lasers go into
- Golden Milk: Dig up the gold pile in the very back of the Cave of Wonders where the dark part of the cave is
- Golden Pepper: Dig up the gold pile along the route to the left of the entrance
Once you have all of these items, you will need to cook the Golden Omelet. Bring the omelet to Gaston and he will request that you make him a Shiny LeFou. For this, you will need the following items:
- 5 Bronze Ingots
- 3 Jade
- 1 Bumblestone
- 1 Alexandrite
- 1 Spinel
- 1 Paints from Rapunzel’s Tower
The paints in Rapunzel’s Tower can be found in the back corner by her easel. Once you have all of the items, craft the Shint LeFou at a crafting station. Once you give Gaston the Shiny LeFou, the quest will be complete. Make sure to also complete the Does Not Compute quest for EVE.
