Are you prepared to welcome Mike and Sulley to your valley? Before you can do that, you need to open up their realm and complete the first of many quests. Because of this, you are probably looking for an Escape Claws quest guide for Disney Dreamlight Valley. Head to the Monsters Inc. realm and see what is going on.

There are plenty of quests that you will need to complete. Of course, you are probably excited to unlock Sulley in Disney Dreamlight Valley. Here is your Escape Claws quest guide for Disney Dreamlight Valley.

Disney Dreamlight Valley – Escape Claws quest walkthrough

To start the Escape Claws quest, you first need to unlock the Monsters Inc. realm. This can be found on the third floor of Dream Castle and will cost you 15,000 Dreamlight to unlock. Once this realm is unlocked, you will automatically start the quest. Enter the realm to get a cutscene showing Mike and Sulley on the Laugh Floor. Unfortunately, the door won’t let you in so you need a disguise.

Open the locker to find a bag of lost and found items. Access the bag in your inventory to get a bunch of monster cosmetics to change into. Take a selfie with your new getup and then walk up to the Laugh Floor door to gain access. You will see Mike and Sulley on the other side. Talk to Sulley.

Sulley will ask you to clean up the Laugh Floor from the party they had. You will need your Royal Watering Can to remove the Slug Slime Puddles. The Party Trash can be removed just by interacting with it. Return to Sulley after you finish cleaning.

Making Sulley and Mike’s coffee

After helping with the party trash, you will be tasked with getting Mike and Sulley their coffee. To do this, you will need to use the coffee machine at the entrance. The recipes for these can be found on the note next to the coffee machine. You will need the following ingredients:

  • The Wazowski Special:
    • Coffee
    • Sugar x3
    • Non-Dairy Screamer
  • Sulley’s Coffee:
    • Coffee x5

The ingredients for the coffee can be found next to the coffee machine on the counter. Head on over to Mike and give him the coffee. Mike will not head into the human world and get trapped after the power fails. You will need the Emergency Manual. The manual can be found on the second desk back from the entrance of the Laugh Floor. Bring the manual to Sulley. You will now need to find and replace the fuses and correct the power flow to rescue Mike.

Fixing the Laugh Floor Fuses and Power Lines

The fuses are hidden around the Laugh Floor. They can be found in the following locations:

  • In the back where the red drawers are
  • On the first desk from the entrance
  • On the fourth desk from the entrance

Bring all of the fuses to the fuse box and place them in one by one. After each fuse is placed, you will need to follow the correct cord and reconnect the power lines. This will require you to mose the laugh canister carts that are in the way. With this complete, Mike will be saved and brought back to the factory. Talk to Sulley. This will complete Sulley’s first quest.
