Minecraft’s Trails and Tales update is here, bringing a swath of new features to help you make memorable adventures in the game. Among the new blocks added to the game are elements for Cherry Blossom Trees. You can decorate the area with beautiful pink leaves and wood if you find these pretty trees. Here is how to get Cherry Leaves in Minecraft Trails and Tales.

How to find Cherry Leaves in Minecraft Trails and Tales update

The only way to get Cherry Leaves in Minecraft Trails and Tales is to find the new Cherry Grove biome. Using Shears, harvest the Cherry Leaves block. Of course, you can also grab them in Creative, but Survival mode players can only find them in one spot.

Cherry Grove biomes are found in mountainous areas. Be on the lookout for large hills. You’ll likely not find it if you are in a pretty flat area or near an ocean. Luckily, spotting these trees is pretty easy since the pink color is so distinctive from everything else in Minecraft.

There are some things to keep in mind when going to look for them. If you are playing on a world made before the 1.20 update, you will have to go out to areas that have not been generated before for a chance for them to appear. If you are using a brand new world, they can pop up in any mountainous region.

The only way to get the Cherry Leaves into your inventory without destroying them is to harvest them with Shears. This will drop the entire block you can pick up and put in a different spot. If you want to move them again after that, you must use Shears again, or you will destroy the block. When Cherry Leaves are placed somewhere, they have a unique animation that shows petals falling to the ground. This can allow you to decorate your place in a much more unique way than you could before.
