When does Yuffie join the party in Final Fantasy 7 Rebirth?
During the campaign, you will first meet Yuffie when you reach Under Junon. After reaching this area, you will have an encounter with a sea monster down by the water. This is when Yuffie makes her appearance. However, she doesn’t join the team at this time. That comes a bit later in the game.
Next, you will have a run-in with the Wutaian ninja in Junon shortly after you complete the parade formation minigame. During this time, you will need to find all the Seventh Infantry members and perform for the Shinra President. After this run-in, you will board the ship for Costa Del Sol where you will see Yuffie once more. Despite all these appearances, she doesn’t join the party.
Yuffie joins the party after you face off against Hojo’s robot on the beach in Costa Del Sol. After returning to Johnny’s Seaside Inn, she will appear and ask to join once more.
