Love them or hate them, Koroks return in The Legend of Zelda: Tears of the Kingdom. Early on you’ll come across two Koroks who got separated from one another. It’s your first true Korok encounter and one that doesn’t involve searching under rocks. It’s a puzzle that may prove challenging if you’re not sure how to unite the lost friends. Here’s what you need to do in order to bring the Koroks together.
How to bring the Koroks together in Tears of the Kingdom?
You’ll need to complete the Ukouh shrine to solve the Korok puzzle. Once you have the Ultrahand ability, you can grab the first Korok you encounter and attach them to a nearby hook. With the Korok now fused to the hook, you should carefully hang the hook on the railing above you. Release the Ultrahand ability when the hook is in place and it shouldn’t take long to slide down the rail.
Shield surf across the rail to reach the other side and join the Korok. They’ll be flailing about on the hook but by using the Ultrahand ability once more, you can shake them free. As soon as they are free, you can carry the little Korok over to their friend. A cutscene will begin showing the two reunited and you’ll gain two Korok seeds for your troubles.
Thus begins the slow descent into madness of finding all of the Koroks in The Legend of Zelda: Tears of the Kingdom.
