We have been steadily getting more information about the upcoming Disney Dreamlight Valley update and Gameloft has let some more info trickle out. A post went live with some Valentine’s Day update information that you are sure to love if you have been wanting to head back to your valley. This new information comes in the form of items and characters we can expect to see in the next update.
The Valentine’s Day update information comes in the form of Valentine’s cards that you can give to one of your residents or that special someone you always invite to your valley. Each card has an item or character that will appear in the game when the update goes live. First, we have Mike Wazowski. We already knew that Mike would be coming thanks to the previous update announcements and roadmap. Next, we have Sully which is a friendly sight. We expected to see Sully since Mike is joining the residents.
One of the new items is a door that you can purchase from Scrooge’s Store. We aren’t sure if it will be a door that you can place in your valley or one that you can use in your home though we expect that both will be available since they play such a big role in the Monsters Inc. film. The final item on the list is a new hairstyle featuring snakes. This is of course the same hairstyle that Celia (Mike’s girlfriend) sports in the movie. Those who are fans of her character can simulate her look with this new hairstyle.
There doesn’t appear to be any love for Boo yet but we believe she will make an appearance in some way since she plays one of the biggest roles in the film. We can expect more information to be shared as the update draws near. We also expect the update to drop sometime between the middle and end of March.
