Call of Duty: Black Ops 6 released a new Terminus trailer showing off gameplay of one of its first maps at launch. In its nearly two-and-a-half-minute run time, we see all kinds of features revealed, including various traps, an equipable Mangler suit, and new enemies to contend with.

The Terminus trailer starts with showing our playable group, Weaver, Carver, Grey, and Maya Aguinaldo all being let loose from their cells on the prison island by Peck and Strauss. Terminus Island has something to do with Project Janus, a currently unknown project that Eddie Richtofen is known to be a part of from the ending of Black Ops Cold War Zombies. The main Easter egg quest this time around will likely revolve around revealing more of Project Janus along with escaping the island. The blog talking about the trailer also promises more challenging main Easter eggs than BOCW had.

Terminus is the largest round-based Zombies map yet, and the trailer definitely shows it. From fighting in the cells to underwater exploration and adventuring through a laboratory, there will be plenty to see. At one point, Weaver is seen injecting himself with a syringe of essence that puts him into a Mangler suit. According to the blog, this is a new craftable item called Mutant Injection, so it is acquired with Salvage from defeating enemies. Manglers made their debut in Black Ops Cold War and have more armor, a shockwave arm cannon, and a strong-bladed melee attack.

We also now know that Melee Macchiato, which was recently teased, will turn your melee attack into a powerful punch that sends enemies backward. Other perks on Terminus include:

  • Juggernog
  • Quick Revive
  • Elemental Pop
  • Deadshot Daquiri
  • Stamin-Up
  • PhD Flopper
  • Speed Cola

Overall, there is way too much info from the Terminus trailer and the blog to list all of it here. We highly recommend looking through both and seeing what stands out. Terminus looks to be a mighty return to Zombies round-based, and the second map at launch, Liberty Falls, will be revealed at Call of Duty Next near the end of this month.
