Palworld is a game that will constantly be compared to Pokémon because of its reliance on including cute creatures for combat. Similar to the series you all know and love, Palworld monsters have various types that show what they are strong at. This can be beneficial in your base, but like Pokémon, every type has a weakness that can quickly take it down in battle. Here are all Palworld types and weaknesses.
All types of Pals in Palworld
At early access launch, there are nine elemental types in Palworld. More may be added later down the line as the game receives updates, but this is what we are starting with.
- Dark
- Dragon
- Electric
- Fire
- Grass
- Ground
- Ice
- Neutral
- Water
Every type in Palworld has a weakness, and most of them have strengths. Like Pokémon, you would expect Fire to be strong against Grass, Grass against Ground, Ground against Electric, and Electric against Water.
Interestingly, Fire is the only type that has strength against two types: Grass and Ice. In Pokémon, Grass is strong against Ground and Water, but in Palworld, it is only Ground. Neutral is the only type that doesn’t have a super effective status against any other type.
