Where to find the Seasoned Survivor Outfit plans in Fallout 76
The Seasoned Survivor Outfit plans can be obtained in two ways. First, you can complete the expedition mission called The Most Sensational Game. This is one of the expeditions that takes place in Atlantic City. Similar to other expeditions, this one has a pretty large loot table which means your odds of getting this specific plan are pretty small. You can also only get a chance at this plan once per week.
The other means of getting this outfit plan is to purchase it from Giuseppe. He is the Stamps vendor that resides inside Whitespring Refuge. Once you spot him, interact with him and you will see that he sells the plans for the Seasoned Survivor Outfit for 30 Stamps. Since you only get a few Stamps each time you complete an expedition, it may take a bit to get this outfit but not as long as it takes to get other items like the Auto Axe. This is a bit more difficult than getting items from the gold bullion vendors.
Once you have the plans for the Seasoned Survivor Outfit, go to any armor workbench and you will be able to craft the outfit using cloth and oil. You can easily get these materials by scrapping items in the wasteland.
