This puzzle is found inside the boat along the Harbiyah Harbor. You come here during the Contact the Rebels mission in the area. You can also come here later on if you overlooked this puzzle. Here is the solution to the puzzle.
To solve the Harbiyah Harbor boat puzzle in Assassin’s Creed Mirage, follow these steps. Start by pushing the first cargo stack forward. After that, push the same cargo stack to the left. You will need to climb over some boxes in the process.
After this, move the crate stack on the right toward the door to the position it is in the image above. With that crate moved, go to the back of the room to the other side of it. Go to the other side of the wall in the back and pull the crate stack toward you.
Now that that crate is moved, you can go behind the lattice wall to reach the first box you pushed. Pull this box toward you. This will open up the other part of the cargo hold.
With all of the crates in the correct position, you can now make your way over to the chest and obtain the Zanj Uprising Outfit.
