The next Warbond for Helldivers 2 is titled Viper Commandos and it is set to be released on June 13th, 2024. This is the same day that Arrowhead stated it will release the next major update which includes over 100 changes and fixes. That’s right, Thursday will be a big day for Helldivers 2 players as they will be getting a lot of additional content and changes. Those looking to get in on the action as soon as possible will want to know what time they can expect the Helldivers 2 Viper Commandos Warbond to be released.
As with previous content additions, there is no set release time for the Viper Commandos Warbond. Of course, past Warbonds have all been released at around the same time so we can take a pretty good guess at when this one will be added to the game. We expect the Viper Commandos Warbond to be released at the following times:
- 2am – 5am PT on June 13th
- 5am – 8am ET on June 13th
- 10am to 1pm BST on June 13th
Since Arrowhead is based in Sweden, the content updates tend to get released early in the morning for those in the US and late morning to early afternoon for those in the UK.
What content is in the Viper Commandos Warbond in Helldivers 2?
There is plenty of content being added with the Viper Commandos Warbond. Arrowhead is taking the opportunity to add new items to the game as well as experiment with additional emotes and skins. The following items are being added to the game:

- AR-23A Liberator Carbine Assault Rifle

- Test of Conviction Emote

- Viper Combat Walker Pattern
- Experimental Infusion Grenade Booster
As stated previously, there will also be an update for Helldivers 2 on June 13th. We imagine the update will be applied at the same time as the new Warbond but there has been no mention of a release time for the update yet. This update will be massive, however, and include some highly-anticipated additions along with over 100 changes and fixes.
