Disney Dreamlight Valley update 9 is dropping at the end of February as confirmed by the official Disney Dreamlight Valley X page. We also now have a name to go along with the update. Disney Dreamlight Valley update 9 will officially be titled The Laugh Floor update. Mark your calendars because this update will be dropping on February 28th. That’s right, one week from when the post goes live is when we will see new additions to the valley including Mike, Sully, and a bunch of monstrous fun.
The Disney Dreamlight Valley X page has been getting continuous updates in the recent weeks leading up to the announcement that has detailed much of what we can expect in this free update. For starters, it has been known since the roadmap was shown that Mike and Sully would be making an appearance. We will also be getting an entire Monsters Inc. realm added to the castle. Based on the promo art for the update, we can assume that we will get to walk around the Monsters Inc. factory. Personally, we are hoping to also get to visit the restaurant from the movie or Mike and Sully’s apartment as well.
Since we are getting two new characters, we will for sure be getting two new questlines added to the game. Along with these additions, Gameloft has shown off other updates like upgrades to Scrooge McDuck’s store – something fans have been asking for for a long time. We also know that there will be a new hairstyle featuring snakes. As usual, a new Star Path will be released alongside the update, allowing players to get even more cool items for their character and their valley.
Remember to mark your calendar because the update will be live on February 28, 2024. As usual, we can probably expect this update to drop around 6am PST / 9am EST.
