The Hidden One Sword is located in the Abandoned Caravanserai. As you can see on the map below, this area is located near the river in the desert to the far west of the City of Baghdad.
From Baghdad, make your way west and head slightly south. This will lead you to the location of the weapon. Once there, you will have three or four guards to take out. We suggest doing this first as they will interfere with you obtaining the gear chest.

To obtain the Hidden One Sword, you must solve a small puzzle that involves breaking open a destructible wall. First, go to the side where the guards are and move the tall box on the wooden platform.
With the large crate moved, pick up a fire urn and carry it up to the top of the wall using the path you just created. This will involve you walking up the crates, barrels, and rope.
Once you reach the top of the wall, continue down the other side using the rope, beams, and archway to reach the ground. Now that you have hit the ground, throw the urn at the destructible wall. This will grant you access to the room with the chest containing the sword.
