Friendship is important in Disney Dreamlight Valley. After all, the entire game revolves around you making friends with different Disney characters. So how do you invite your real-life friends in Disney Dreamlight Valley? Now that the game has multiplayer, it is important to interact with others to earn additional currencies. You might even get more inspiration for your valley.

Sure, you can hang out with whatever residents you have enabled, but that is only part of the fun. You can now invite up to three friends to your valley. These friends can get to know your residents and see what you have built. This guide will show you how to invite friends in Disney Dreamlight Valley. Here is your multiplayer guide.

Disney Dreamlight Valley – Multiplayer explained

If you want to invite friends in Disney Dreamlight Valley, you need to interact with your Valley Visit Station. This item is obtained from Vanellope. After entering the game, you will get a quest from her titled “Valley Visits.” During this quest, talk to Vanellope and she will give you the Valley Visit Station. Place this station in your town to activate the multiplayer portion of the game. Of course, you can also participate in the other multiplayer portion of the game by completing a DreamSnaps photo challenge.

Let’s break down how to invite your friends and join a friend’s game.

How to invite friends to your valley in Disney Dreamlight Valley

To invite friends to your valley, interact with the Valley Visit Station. After this, select the option to allow friends to visit. The Valley Visit Station will generate a code for you to give to others so they can come to your valley.

Give this code to your friends and they can type it into the multiplayer section of the main menu. Doing this will allow them to join your game so you can trade and see each others’ stores.

How to join a friend’s game in Disney Dreamlight Valley

If you want to join a friend’s game, the entire process is reversed. Your friend will need to get a code from the Valley Visit Station. Afterward, you can navigate to the main menu. Once there, select the multiplayer option and type in the code your friend gave you.

With the code typed in, simply join their valley and you will be able to interact with one another. Keep in mind that you can only have up to three friends in a valley at one time. You also cannot progress quests while in another valley or while you have visitors in your valley.
